Regret/Change of Mind: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Manufacturing Defects: Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Send an email to support@worldcloaks.com including full name, order number, and a description of the defect (with photos or videos). After analysis, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.

Shipping Costs: World Cloaks covers return shipping costs for cases involving defects or buyer's remorse. A return label will be provided for shipment via local postal services.

Customized Products: Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically for the customer.

Delayed Orders in Transit: If delivery exceeds the estimated time and the item is still in transit, cancellation is only possible after the item is returned to us.
